Jeweler buys 12,000 s/f townhouse on E61st St

Winick Realty Group recently brokered the purchase of a 12,000 s/f townhouse at 46 E. 61st St. to Graft Jewelers, one of the world's fastest growing jewelry manufacturers. The company will use the townhouse for its headquarters.

Elyse Schindler-Candella of Winick Realty Group represented Graft in the transaction. Reba Miller of R.P. Miller & Associates represented the seller.

"Graft Jewelers is rapidly expanding and this well located New York townhouse serves as a perfect home base for the company," Schindler-Candella said.

The deal falls on the heels of a Graft lease at 317 N. Rodeo Drive, in Beverly Hills, Calif. Schindler-Candella co-brokered the lease with Jay Luchs of CB Richard Ellis. Anthony Palermo, Jr. of Coldwell Banker, Beverly Hills represented the landlord. The store is scheduled to open in 2006.

More important gem quality diamonds have passed through Graft's hands than any other dealer.
